As a leader, I believe I’m wrong until proven correct—not the other way around. My transition plan consists of learning the business from you after the sale with an awareness that I’m not an expert. I plan to solicit your input on how to best serve employee and customers and build upon your strong foundation.

After a career acquiring and building businesses for others, I’m hungry to do it on my own. My goal is to carry on your legacy, facilitate growth, and be laser focused on providing value to employees and customers. My wife and I are looking forward to building our lives around the business I operate.

Capital
I’m fortunate to have the financial support of experienced small/medium-sized entrepreneurs and CEOs in the Harvard network. Most of these folks have acquired, ran and/or sold businesses of their own. These investors will be making an equity contribution as part of the transaction, available for additional investment down the road, and advisors for the ride.
